I met Colin while I was shooting in Soho. I was talking to some other street photographers when he approached us and asked if we had any spare cash. I told him I would give him a fiver for a few shots and he was up for it.

He told me he was homeless but didn’t seem to want to talk about it so I didn’t push it and just fired off a few shots.

I handed him a fiver and he looked at it like it was a fake. I had to explain to him it was a Scottish bank note. He just smiled and walked off.

He’s done this a few times I think.
