Hi Stephen, compliments from here (Denmark) regarding your recent magnificent pictures from your Street Photography. Being until a week’s time ago a NIKON shooter, but sold everything and bought the Leica M240 and the “Summilux” 1,4 lens.ASPH. Indeed it’s a pleasure shooting with the latter even with the sudden change in favor of the range-finder viewer. May I ask you, how much are you shooting “wide open”, I.e. f/1,4 with the said lens in Street Photography, are you possibly opening up a little more – or? Thanks in advance for coming back. The newcomer – me – would be grateful for that. Best regards, Per
Hi Per.
When I’ms hooting street I almost always shoot wide open. If it’s too bright I stick a 3xND filter on to allow me to stay open. Hope this helps.
Stephen
